Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. However, all returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and must be pre-approved before being sent back.
Eligibility for Returns
To be considered for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
- Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these criteria or appears to be misused.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, contact us first at Mike@sasquatch-studios.com with your order details and reason for return. If your return is approved, we will provide a instructions on how and where to send your package. All return shipping costs are the customers responsibility.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or store credit.Â
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Custom or personalized products (unless defective or incorrect).
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please reach out before making a request.
Exchanges
If you need a different item, the best way to do so is to request a return for the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately once the return is accepted.
